This is a raw and passionate conversation about racism as Ryan and Briana discuss the inherent role of the believer to abolish the spirit of racism. This episode brings truth and light to dark places and invites you to step into your identity, to wash the feet of those who have suffered, and bring justice to the oppressed.
Have you ever wondered how to dream with God? Or wondered if the dreams you want to pursue are from God? In this episode, Ryan and Briana share their journey so far in dreaming with God, and how He’s shown them how to steward His heart and what He treasures as we pursue His presence and our hearts become like His.
Ryan and Briana continue asking the question, “what is a wall?” with Sue Warnke. Sue is the Senior Director of Content and Communications Experience at Salesforce, and the President of Faithforce San Francisco and Christians@Salesforce networks. Her story of breaking through religious walls in Silicon Valley and bringing people of all faiths together with a shared goal of understanding through conversation is both thought-provoking and inspiring.
In this episode, Ryan and Briana ask the question, “What is a wall?” There are walls that we build in relationships between us and people we love, and there are also walls that we build between us and the people we disagree with. One of the top trending issues in today's church culture is identity. The pursuit of identity and its companion pursuit of freedom are widely accepted as noble pursuits. But all too often, what begins as a noble goal can result in the making of an idol. If we are to seek first His Kingdom and His righteousness, then even our search for identity and freedom must first begin with who Jesus is and His righteousness.
We love to dive deep into the most pressing topics of our times and lean into the spaces that have long been thought to be off limits to the Church. We believe God wants to partner with His Church to bring the kingdom of heaven into every sphere of society and that you have a specific calling and purpose to dream with God and partner with Him so that all will know the goodness of God.
Thank you for tuning in and joining the conversations.
